North Plains Connector Project

As a biologist for WEST-inc, I am supporting the water resource permitting for a large transmission line project that will be constructed from Rosebud County, Montana to Oliver, County North Dakota. I am currently developing the post-construction notification for a nationwide permit for the project to fulfill its obligations under the CWA. In addition to permitting, I have assisted with wetland delineation and waterbody mapping surveys for the project.
