PROJECTS
Currently developed documentation on the field-biology-workflow, where I discuss the need to mend the reporting issues between the environmental consultants and federal and state agencies
Developed two web map applications using r shiny (Jack's iNat & Hunter Explorer) hosted on my GitHub repository, where I develope r code applications
For my M.S. thesis research at Austin Peay State University, I investigated the habitat selection strategy for a population of cottonmouths (Agkistrodon piscivorus) found in Middle Tennessee. In addition, I have mapped the habitats available to the population and using machine learning to identify which environmental factors affect habitat preferences of the cottonmouth population.
Created two different iNaturalist projects for identifying species for the Fort Campbell Army Base Project and wetland plant species found in the Cumberland River wetland slough.
