Under Logan Simpson, I have conducted multiple biological technical memo and environmental considerations documents for a variety of potential land acquisitions for US Continental Properties throughout the Phoenix, AZ suburbs. During these biological consultations I have made the clients aware of any environmental laws they are required to follow based on each parcel they are seeking to require from explaining the Arizona Native Plant Law, protections under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and recommendations to reduce the spread of invasive species from the parcel.
