Two waters of the US permitting for roadway infrastructure projects near Window Rock, AZ for the Navajo Department of Transportation

Under Logan Simpson, I assisted with two roadway infrastructure waters of the US permitting projects for the Navajo Department of Transportation, where I assisted in the pre-jurisdictional determination (pre-JD) application to be sent the the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). In addition, I conducted a wetland delineation on a potential stream to determine if it was a protected waters and updated it to another permitting application for the other projects pre-JD to the USACE.
